Guide Foundation for Development is the abbreviation for GFFD a non-profit nongovernmental organization-NGO established in the year 1990 by a group of committed professionals- main objective is to the development of under privileged categories of the targeted community in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states in India.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

With the leadership of<\/span><\/b> Prof. A B S V Ranga Rao, M. A. Ph.D. Retired Head of the department of Social Work in Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. He authored for seven books, 20 research articles, and over 10 research projects. And providing project planning and implementation process to various NGOs and CSR fund mobilization from Visakhapatnam steel Plant and other corporate companies<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

He is experienced and expertise in project design, implementation strategies, project management, networking, partnership development and coordination with Government, NGOs and CSR projects and programmes. Development of capacity building modules, trainings, conducted state and national level workshops, manage multiple projects with national and international NGOs programs, worked in CARE India and UNDP Poverty Alleviation programs, timely task completion in a critical situation his strength and awarded meritorious certificate for his hard work. To enhance the ability of rural and urban households this includes, youth, poor & vulnerable, agriculture farmers, differently abled, Sex Workers, PLWHAs, and homeless residents. The organization strives to significantly increase their income and economic security. In addition to that GFFD civilizes the target community to establish good convergence with CSR, Government departments and building community-owned, managed and controlled people\u2019s institutions as CBOs in a sustainable manner\u201d<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

GFFD is working for education, WASH, unemployed, women economic empowerment, farm & non-farm livelihoods, environmental protection & bio diversity, girls & youth skill building eradication of child labour into hazardous industries, waste management, sustainable livelihoods, local governance, promotion of cluster development programs MSMEs, in the underprivileged communities. GFFD was initiated with a view to evolving information and making linkage with target beneficiaries and the government. We believed that knowledge would lead to awareness, which would further lead to self-development, empowerment and action.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
